wookietreiber [1] filed a deletion request for ncbi-blast [2]: I have just created a clone of this package called blast+. I actually prefer now to use blast+ as the package name to bring this name in accordance with the other package blast+-bin that uses a binary version of the software. This blast+ clone includes all the appropriate conflicts, provides and replaces.
