Request #10059 has been accepted by arcanis [1]: this package depends on klook and another patch provided by ROSA upstream. Since klook nor patch were not updated since KF5 release this package doesn't work currently.
I will bring this package back when it will (if it will) work under kf5 [1] https://aur.archlinux.org/account/arcanis/
