Request #10574 has been rejected by Eschwartz [1]: 1) the appropriate way to handle this is a merge request to combine votes and comments from both packages.
2) The default pkgbase should be the generic python-miniupnpc [1] https://aur.archlinux.org/account/Eschwartz/
