this is not a duplicate of openblas.
The idea of flexiblas is to switch different blas implementations at
runtime.
Therefore, these need to be installed side-by-side in different
location.
This package achieves just that (under /opt).
Please refrain from deleting it, it is much required to use flexibals
under arch.
