fabertawe [1] filed a orphan request for rpcemu [2]: I'm sending again, I think I submitted "deletion" insetad of "orphan" - sorry.
The package was last updated 2017-01-06, has been flagged out of date since 2018-05-07 and my request to the maintained to take the package over has been bounced "multiple delivery attempts failed". The latest version uses a new build system and so the PKGBUILD needs a complete overhaul. I have written a new PKGBUILD and tested it working and would like to maintain this now. Many thanks.
