The package is pretty old and is not updated to follow recent upstream
changes anymore (systemd service files, orphaned dependencies etc).
aur/rspamd (non-git) is a well-maintained one, and it should be used
instead of this package.

I'd be happy to improve the package, as I haven't built it myself in
some time. No need to delete it just because it's outdated. Next time
flag it out-of-date instead and I'll fix it right away.
