pizzaman [1] filed a orphan request for osticket [2]: Maintainer hasn't updated this package in a long time despite commenting that he was going to do so, hasn't responded to email, hasn't updated the package for almost 2 years and won't reply to out of date flag. Also many of his packages seem unmaintained.
