wget [1] filed a request to merge php71-noconflict [2] into php71 [3]: Since I'm the new maintainer of the stack for PHP 7.0 and 7.1 on AUR and conflicting issues have been fixed, this package is not needed any more. Please merge it to php71. Thanks!
