ameed [1] filed an orphan request for infra-arcana [2]: Upstream has advanced a major version, and the maintainer has not responded to a previous out-of-date flag (when upstream changed its VCS host from GitHub to Gitlab). The maintainer's email address is at openmailbox.org, a mail server that appears to have been defunct for over a year; my attempt to email the maintainer failed because the destination mail server did not accept a connection.
