I removed the package since using sudo in a PKGBUILD to install files is nothing that should be done ever. Feel free to use $pkgdir as eschwartz explained and resubmit the package.
In this case I would recommend to post the PKGBUILD to aur-general or #aur-general on freenode before resubmission. Alad
