Request #18201 has been rejected by diabonas [1]: Your new package is not following the naming convention in the VCS package guidelines since it fetches a specific release (it does not even use Git at all, but fetches a release tarball).
If you want the package to be updated, please provide a link to the new source location in the package comments. If the current maintainer does not react within a reasonable amount of time (~14 days), you can file an orphan request to become the new maintainer of the package.
