micwoj92 [1] filed a deletion request for kdelibs [2]: The package does not build. There are several people in comments with that problem. It has been marked as out of date for more than a year (may 2019) and first comment that mentions build errors is from July 2019. The package was last time updated last time in december 2018. Maintainer does not respond. It is required by many qt4 related packages which take long time to build. Many people (including me) can waste hours on mid end hardware trying to build it only to find out that it can't be built. At this point noone should need qt4.
