sky_aw [1] filed a request to merge fetchpac [2] into fetchpac-git [3]: I own both fetchpac and fetchpac-git.
fetchpac did not comply with the VCS package guidelines, and a deletion request was submitted for fetchpac by another user. I have since created fetchpac-git, and made the corresponding fixes.
