nobodywasishere [1] filed a deletion request for swfdec [2]: Upstream is dead and is no longer maintained. Last commit is from Dec 2009 (https://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/swfdec-commits/). Flash player is also being deprecated Dec 2020.
