This package is obsolete (besides also being currently broken). The impallari fork of Raleway was a significant improvement on the original project and it made sense at the time to have packaging for it, but all that work on the fork has now been integrated back into the canonical project that started it all. The `raleway-font` PKGBUILD I setup has split packaging that provides this to ease the transition.
