DDoSolitary [1] filed a deletion request for ttf-hack-powerline-git [2]: I submitted a orphan request because the package has been broken for several months. However, I just checked out the package again and found out that the package is actually useless. The Hack font, which is already available as extra/ttf-hack, has official Powerline support built-in, and the repo this package is using (https://github.com/powerline/fonts) simply provides official releases of Hack as is.
