Request #25596 has been rejected by eschwartz [1]: Based on the description, it seems to be an application similar to multiboot USB creator and winusb/woeusb and suchlike, but which in this case targets Garuda Linux.
I don't see the problem -- the program can, presumably run on archlinux and help users manage/create special-purpose USB tools from an archlinux host system / development machine. [1] https://aur.archlinux.org/account/eschwartz/
