Request #26017 has been rejected by grawlinson [1]: The source for charset can still be found in the source archive (halibut-1.2.tar.gz), and at this URL: https://git.tartarus.org/?p=simon/charset.git;a=summary. It is possible that the author of halibut has the incorrect URL somewhere in the documentation.
