As far as I can tell, this seems to be the project https://pypi.org/project/wget/ No version controlled sources, but release tags can be gotten from PyPI. ... The package upstream seems like it might have disappeared in Bitbucket's shutdown of mercurial hosting. You could try contacting the author's email address to find out if it is rehosted somewhere new.
