Request #77447 has been Rejected by Muflone [1]: The package rpcs3-latest-bin was already deleted two times and you uploaded it again for the 3rd time without even asking the reasons for the deletion. If you continue this way your AUR account will be suspended. About rpcs3-bin, as explained in a previous request, both packages use the same appimage file with minor differences among them, making rpcs3-latest-bin a duplicate of the previously existing, more popular rpcs3-bin package. What the author distributes as build it's the source for a rpcs3-bin package
