PureFallen [1] filed an orphan request for jdk11-graalvm-ee-bin [2]: The package has been flagged outdated for years. The targeted major version (22) is no longer supported, with ESR being changed to 21 as the only one still receiving security updates.
As with most GraalVM ESR Downloads, the license got changed and the download is now broken, requiring the file to be provided locally. The last maintainer of the package that actually contributed changes (Godeps) was contacted via. E-Mail and expressed no more interest on dealing with this package due to the headache Oracle causes.
