truealter [1] filed a deletion request for alter-runtime [2]: Maintainer-requested deletion. This package was uploaded prematurely before its upstream source distribution was ready for public release.
The upstream PyPI source it points at is a thin shim, not a functional runtime. Installing this package would not deliver a working alter- runtime. PKGBUILD has been replaced with a withdrawal stub and the package has been disowned. The package will be re-uploaded once upstream is publication-ready.
