PiterDeVries [1] filed an adoption request for gsl-shell [2]: I'm a maintainer of gsl-shell-bin (binary version) and I'd like to also maintain the source version. This requires a significant patching (because mainstream gsl-shell is based on older version of FOX toolkit) - work that I've already done and am therefore able to quickly update the package to the current version. There are packages such as zerobrane-studio (Lua IDE) that already depend on gsl-shell and it would be great if there was a source-based gsl-shell version that does not depend on a static binary provided by mainstream dev(s). I've already brought the deleted gsl-shell package back, can someone (TU) please register me as the maintainer, so I can actually update it ?
