Atsutane [1] filed an adoption request for uap-core [2]: There are newer releases available via git tags.
I'm personally using this in private projects in relationship with the web traffic on my private servers. Therefore there is ongoing interest to keep this in an OS package across all machines and not some "random" place on disk.
