pedanticdm [1] filed a deletion request for batterymon-clone [2]: Package was last updated in 2016. Upstream URL points to a fork of a fork of batterymon-- a Google Code project that was abandoned circa 2009. Upstream code is stale (not updated in 5 years or so). Perused other forks on Github, and it appears enthusiasm for batterymon finally bottomed out around 2016. Suggest we remove this package from AUR as there's, arguably, no upstream for it any longer.
