pedanticdm [1] filed a deletion request for cliqr [2]: Upstream git repository readme states that the project is deprecated (with no meaningful activity in the last 5 years). Folks are steered to qrencode instead-- we package that in extra already. Suggest we delete this package, as there's no upstream for it any longer.
