MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for limba-git [2]: Limba project was abandoned 6 years ago. It aimed to be a runtime platform enabling cross-distro app package distribution. Since that time, Flatpak and Snap and AppImage happened, providing said functionality and enjoying widespread distro support. Limba went the way of the Betamax :D
