MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for elicit [2]: Trusted User @keenerd has recently disowned this old package.
Elicit is (was) a screen color picker tool last updated and abandoned in 2010. This package cannot be built because of a missing Python 2 based dependency. I suggest it's best to delete it.
