MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-libtins [2]: Seems this orphaned lib32 library is not needed anymore.
Package last updated in 2018. There are newer versions but no one adopted this package to update it. Only the native-build version, AUR/libtins has dependents, not this lib32 variant.
