MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-xmlrpc-c [2]: I suggest this old, outdated lib32 library can be deleted.
Last updated in 2016. There are no user comments or requests. Arch [community] carries the 64-bit variant, and its only consumer is [community]/rtorrent. The lib32 version has no dependents on AUR.
