nekgem2 [1] filed a deletion request for ngtcp2-notls-git [2]: i used to maintain this because ngtcp2-git didn't build without special openssl version & also had branch pinned, but now both of these are fixed (links with gnutls, uses main branch) and i don't have any use of this myself, and it appears that no one uses this according to vote count & reverse deps, so it's probably completely useless at this point
