MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for disque [2]: Orphaned package, last updated in 2016.
I suggest to delete it as this is a deprecated 'beta' version server tool that never became production quality. Development discontinued in 2016. Its purpose was job instrumentation and message brokering. There are a lot of such server tools available as alternative. Safe to delete, nothing depend on this, no impact.
