MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for vkd3d-valve [2]: This is the legacy version v1.1 of vkd3d-proton, developed based on Wine/Proton 3 or 4, released in 2018. (Currently Wine and Proton are past v7.0 and vdk3d-proton module is at v2.6.)
I suggest to delete this old package. When it comes to Wine/Proton, I can think of no benefit in keeping several years old versions, as the newer versions are capable of everything the old version was, and more. Safe to delete as nothing depends specifically on this package. There are AUR packages providing the current vkd3d-proton module.
