.NET Core has been discontinued in 2020. Microsoft is working on a new unified .NET runtime since .NET 5 in a new GitHub repository. Arch repos still carry the legacy .NET Core Runtime 3.1 as well as the new .NET Runtime 6 stable versions. Nothing depends on this now-obsolete VCS package. Safe to delete.
