MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-wfdb [2]: Orphaned lib32 package, last updated in 2017.
It is a library for an open-source scientific and medicinal research tool. The lib32 version is not needed by anything anymore on AUR. The native-build version is still available (AUR/wfdb).
