MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for grib_api [2]: Orphaned package.
GRIB-API has been discontinued in 2017: https://www.ecmwf.int/en/newsletter/152/news/end-road-grib-api GRIB decoding/encoding is now supported in the successor tool: AUR/eccodes, AUR/eccodes-git.
