MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for jb-config [2]: Some config utility for the "Just Browsing" LiveCD distro discontinued in 2015.
Package dead because of missing dependency; also it has last been updated in 2015 and there's no newer source commit as well. Safe to delete, seems unneeded.
