MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for adeskbar [2]: Seems it is a discontinued application launcher for OpenBox.
Last commit in its repo was in 2015; I wasn't able to find newer versions of it. Package is orphaned; has been broken since last year when Arch dropped python2-pyxdg from its repos.
