I suggest deletion. It has no AUR consumers. It is beneficial to eliminate the unused packages from here, to help volunteers focus their efforts. Since 2019, AstroPy and other scientific projects moved exclusively to Python 3, and now the Python 2 modules are incompatible with the foundational binary libraries like HDF5.
