MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for pythoncard [2]: I suggest to delete this. Last released in 2006, package last updated in 2015.
In 2016 a user noted in comment that the PKGBUILD is broken because it does not have a package() function, and also it defines depends=python despite this needing python2. There are no comments since that. I think it can be safely considered abandoned and deemed not needed.
