MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-openapi-codec [2]: This Python module has been discontinued in 2017. Has not been tested with Python 3.6 and newer.
Nothing actually depends on it anymore. (I've notified the maintainer of the only package that still defines it as dependency, to remove the reference to this package.) Build is broken because of missing Python 2 modules. FYR this module was an implementation of OpenAPI/Swagger, but there are newer implementations supporting the current version of those standards.
