MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-pylibscrypt-git [2]: This VCS package is unmaintained since 2015.
Project is still alive, but commits are infrequent. It seems the code is developed offline, and roughly once a year, a lot a commits get pushed to the online repo, then a new release gets tagged. As such, I recommend deleting this abandoned '-git' package. The maintained AUR/python-pylibscrypt should be enough for users.
