MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for bzr-svn-plugin [2]: Discontinued in 2012, orphaned package. Python 2 based addon for Canonical's bzr. That was also Python 2 based, and its development stopped in 2017.
Breezy is the Python 3 based continuation fork, carried by Arch repos. Any addons have to be developed to work with that, not the insecure and defunct Python 2 based bzr.
