This was only useful for GNOME <=41, it's pointless for GNOME >=42. Pop!_OS is of course based on Ubuntu. With 22.04, Ubuntu's GNOME desktop is a Frankenstein's monster hybrid. System76 is writing their own applications in Rust and will not be using GNOME packages any longer. In summary, there's no point in maintaining an EOL package that is not compatible with GNOME 42 on Arch.
