dvzrv [1] filed a deletion request for audacity-release-git [2]: This is effectively audacity 3.1.3 (so the same as in [community]), as it uses the release branch for 3.1.3 (https://github.com/audacity/audacity/commits/release-3.1.3), which does not have any additional commits.
According to upstream 3.2.0 will be released next and there are no further plans to backport patches to the 3.1 branch (see e.g. https://github.com/audacity/audacity/issues/2774#issuecomment-1194091518).
