It is based on Python2, Gtk2 and the legacy webkitgtk2. Package does not declare its source properly. Maintainer was notified about this issue 2 years ago in a comment, but they didn't respond at all. I suggest to delete this because no package depends on it and there are dozens of user applications that support editing markdown text.
