MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-h5py [2]: Please delete this broken and unneeded package.
HDF5 has discontinued Python 2 support 3 years ago, in 2019. So this package fails to compile because it is incompatible with the current API headers of the binary HDF5 scientific data format library. Current owner @joaquinito2051 never updates any packages. He has adopted 100+ packages on AUR so far without doing any work on them, and he never responds to any messages or comments. He is unlikely to catch up with 3 years of engineering work to make this Python2-to- binary bindings module buildable and usable again.
