MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for openblas-lapack-ilp64 [2]: Orphaned package, last updated in 2020.
A user requested in 2015 that the proper provides and conflicts field be added; maintainer has not responded ever. But this package seem not to be needed, because that comment is the only one, and there are no user votes. AUR has a maintained openblas-lapack package, as well as other maintained variants.
