a821 [1] filed a deletion request for ruby-mime-types-1.19 [2]: This ruby package is pinned to a specific version for no discernible reason. I asked the maintainer seven weeks ago whether this package is needed but I received no reply. Nothing depends on it and an up-to- date version exists in community. Safe to delete.
