a821 [1] filed a deletion request for ruby-highline-1.6.20 [2]: This ruby package is pinned to a specific version for no discernible reason. The maintainer uploaded the package once and never replied to the single comment four years ago. I asked the maintainer for other ruby packages (see related PRQ#39121 and PRQ#39122) he maintains that are in the same situation (pinned versions) but he did not reply. Nothing depends on it and an up-to-date version exists in the AUR. Safe to delete
